The Project Challenge
The maritime sector in Panama operates with a high level of demand and dynamism. AGENCO identified the need to digitize and centralize the supply and demand of key port services. The challenge was to create a robust, secure, and highly available technological ecosystem that efficiently connected suppliers with shipping agencies in a transparent and agile manner.
The EtyaLab Solution
We developed Trausty – The Port AdvisorA comprehensive marketplace that includes an administrative web platform and native mobile applications. Through this system, users can quote, offer, and contract essential maritime services in real time, such as:
- Fumigation and sanitization of boats.
- Logistics and land movement of marines.
- Specialized medical services for the crew.
- Supply and provisioning of provisions to ships.
The platform was designed with a scalable architecture approach, ensuring secure transactions, verified profiles for suppliers, and an instant push notification system to optimize operational decision-making.
The Result
Using agile methodologies (Scrum), we delivered a minimum viable product (MVP) that evolved rapidly thanks to the continuous support of our engineering team. Trausty has become a strategic tool that reduces coordination times in Panamanian ports, automates manual processes, and improves logistical efficiency on one of the world’s most important maritime routes.
